I was initially nervous to purchase something that required a great deal of attention to detail and care for the personalization, but I was completely blown away by the customer service and the final product. It was as if they crafted this product for their own mother. Many tears were shed when this gift was given and it created an unforgettably special moment for our family. It will be cherished forever.
